This image occurs in different manifestations in Arturo Schwarz's, 'The Complete Works of Marcel Duchamp'(Thames and Hudson, 1997 - the 'revised and expanded edition'). But page 389 has a full page black and white photo-reproduction of the original door 'in situ'. There are other sources, other books/journals that have an image of the door - like 'tout-fait'. Try this article by Thomas Girst in 'tout-fait'(Fig 16):
