I'm wondering if there are Green Box replicas available anywhere. I'm interested in finding a facsimile of the box and the notes as they appeared in their original form, as opposed to just the text of the notes compiled in book form. I have done some looking, but I can't seem to find anything of the sort. Does such a thing exist?
