the rights to publish any pictures remains with Duchamp's estate through ADAGP in Paris. For transparencies, we usually contact museums, dealers and Duchamp scholars who sometimes have a lot of them available, for a fee.
We are currently working on an extenxsive CD-Rom regarding "Given", Duchamp scholar Herbert Molderings will soon publish his study on the work (in German) and "Etant Donne" the French Duchamp journal, is scheduled to focus on ED in its third issue. The next number of our Marcel Duchamp Online Journal at www.toutfait.com will also contain various articles on the work. Did you have a chance to look at its second issue? The Notes-section includes a short piece by James Metcalf in which he expalains why the Cassandra Foundation was called Cassandra Foundation.
