Henri Pierre Roche is the subject of a book entitled "Free Spirits," Ian MacKillop, Bloomsbury. The subtitle is: "Henri Pierre Roche, Francois Truffault and the two English girls." The book is reviewed in the London Times Literary Supplement September 8, 2000. Roche "became a friend of Marcel Duchamp and was writing a novel about the artist when he died." The review makes clear that Roche enjoyed triangulations in his romances, although it doesn't mention Beatrice Wood at an angle to Duchamp.
