I presume that the print is of Duchamp's "Aire de Paris" glass ampule, an item sometimes offered through Ebay. Unfortunately we do not know more about this work than the information given there. Was the work produced before 1969? For various reasons (lack of knowledge, personal animosities - as is always the case), some editions never made it into Arturo Schwarz's catalogue raisonne (still a great resource book). Enjoy "Hook" and if we come upon any information shedding more light on the piece, we'll certainly let you know.
