For your information, Suzanne Valadon (1865-1938) was one of the few recognized female artists among the Impressionist circle who specialized in landscape and female nude in domestic setting.
Suzanne Duchamp (1887-1968) was the fourth of the six children of the Duchamps, and a remarkable DADA artist herself.
Since they are two fairly different artists historically as well as contextually, perhaps you could manage to mail us an image of the painting with the signature on it for further examination.
